Technical log data: information automatically collected by the web server, such as IP address and browser details.

Responding to contact and quote requests. Legal basis: legitimate interest and your consent.

4. Recipients and processors

We use trusted service providers that process data on our behalf:

GitHub, Inc. – website publishing platform and server (GitHub Pages, USA).
Cloudflare, Inc. – domain name service (DNS) and content delivery network (USA).
Formspree, Inc. – delivery of contact form messages (USA).
Google (Google Fonts) – delivery of website fonts; transmits the visitor's IP address.
OpenStreetMap – map images for the map feature.

We do not sell or disclose personal data for marketing purposes.

5. Transfers outside the EU/EEA

Some of the service providers we use – the website publishing platform GitHub, the content delivery network Cloudflare, and Formspree, which delivers the contact form – operate in the USA, so data may be transferred outside the EU/EEA. The transfers are based on the providers' appropriate safeguards (including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

6. Cookies

The website does not use tracking or marketing cookies or any analytics tools. We do not place cookies on the visitor's device.

7. Retention period

We retain contact messages only as long as necessary to handle the matter, after which they are deleted. Technical log data is retained for the period defined by the service provider.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, request its correction or erasure, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw your consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi). To exercise your rights, contact the address above.
